A lifelong railway enthusiast, I now live east of Cleveland, OH, having emigrated from the United Kingdom in March 2006. Many of pictures feature European Railways and in particular Germany and the Czech Republic where I have spent a lot of time in recent years.
Have always enjoyed travelling by train around Britain and Europe and now find myself somewhat starved of passenger services! Never mind - the freights will do just as well for photos!
Primarily a number collector, I have also taken a great many photographs over the years, particularly since the mid-1970's, although these were mainly British Rail locomotives. I hope to be able to transfer some of these images from colour slides in the future to display on this site.
