Title:  BN 2811
Description:  A trio of GP39M's haul a grain train, East of Elwood,NE on a summer's day. They were new as GN 3004, UP 830 and GN 3000 respectively. The ex-GN GP30's became BN 2204 and 2200 before rebuilding into GP39M's The former UP GP30 became BN 2809. All 3 became BNSF 2811, 2809 and 2816.

BN 2874
Title:  BN 2874
Description:  The GP39M's were both new as SP 7776 and SP 7756. Renumbered as SP 6669 and SP6653. Both were GP35's acquired by BN and rebuilt as GP39M. Both received numbers 2874 and 2870 for BN and BNSF service. BNSF 2178 was formerly bn 2178 but started out as a GP38 for Penn Central as PC 7853, being absorbed into Conrail as CR 7853 before sale to BN. It hgad reached the Topeka, KS deadline by 2022.
