New as CBQ 9995 this loco has had a charmed life. IT passed to BN as BN 9995 then got upgraded to an E9AM as BN 9925. After retirement from the west dide Aurora commuter trains, it passed to NERR as its 9925. Acquired for the Music City Star service, it was retired efore entering service. It then went to LTEX but escaped the cutters torch. in such good condition, it was bought for preservation as SLRG 9925 and painted as Iowa Pacific 9925, but still owned by SLRG. |
